KnowledgeNav is operated by Arty Fishall LLC ("KnowledgeNav," "we," "us"). By using KnowledgeNav, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

Alpha product

KnowledgeNav is an early alpha. It's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we don't guarantee any particular level of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

Your account

You need a valid email address to sign in. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

Don't use KnowledgeNav for anything illegal, don't try to abuse, overload, or exploit the AI generation or capability system, and don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the product.

Not professional advice

Interfaces KnowledgeNav generates — including any calculations, budgets, comparisons, or plans — are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and they may contain errors. Always verify anything important yourself before relying on it.

No affiliation or endorsement

KnowledgeNav generates interfaces that may reference third-party companies, products, or services (for example, when comparing insurers, retailers, or other providers) in order to be useful to you. Mentioning a company does not mean it is affiliated with, sponsored by, partnered with, or has endorsed KnowledgeNav, and KnowledgeNav is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company or service it references. All trademarks, product names, and company names belong to their respective owners. Always verify details directly with the company before acting on them.

Your content, our platform

You retain rights to the intents and content you submit. We retain all rights to the KnowledgeNav software and platform itself. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of any interface the product generates for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowledgeNav and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
